Less than a year after announcing the potential purchase of more than a dozen properties for use as affordable housing, the University of Nevada, Reno is ready to have its first tenant in University Village. The village is a three-block grouping of homes and apartments on the north end of downtown Reno that will house up to 100 faculty, staff or graduate students at the university.
